We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- Suitable for resale
This includes pet food, bedding, and toys. We cannot accept returns of opened food, used bedding, or chewed/damaged toys unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rutlandpetsupplies.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
How to Return
1. Email us at info@rutlandpetsupplies.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions.
Post the item back to us – return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, return it as above and place a new order for the replacement.
